Parking guidance

ParkSmart assists with reading parking signs and tracking time. It does not provide legal advice, authorize parking, guarantee that a space is available, or promise that you will avoid a ticket or tow. You are responsible for checking all posted signs, curb markings, permits, temporary notices, accessibility requirements, and applicable official rules. Use the app only when safely stopped.

Uncertainty and official sources

OCR may misread or omit text, symbols, and arrows. GPS can identify the wrong curb. Official data can be incomplete or out of date. A verified restriction describes reviewed evidence, not a guarantee that all applicable rules are known. An absence of recognized restrictions never confirms permission to park.

Timers and reminders

Timers do not override parking limits. Notifications depend on permissions, device settings, network conditions when syncing, and operating-system behavior. Maintain another reminder when a missed alert would matter.

Accounts and community reports

Keep your credentials private. Submit accurate information and avoid personal details in reports. Do not submit spam or attempt unauthorized access. Community reports require review and do not become official regulations automatically.

Subscriptions

Premium is planned at $2.99 per month, with final prices displayed by the relevant app store. No purchase is offered until billing is configured and approved. Store purchases, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration follow the applicable store policies. Critical restrictions from a scanned sign remain available without payment.

Availability and data

Service availability and geographic coverage vary. Only explicitly active coverage with reviewed records is represented as supported. You can export or delete your account data from the app. See the privacy policy for details.

Before commercial release

Liability terms, consumer rights, dispute procedures, operator identity, contact details, minimum age, and local legal requirements must be reviewed and finalized by the operator.
